Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during the trying times of Level 4 , Level 3 and Level 2 Lockdown.
As we move to Alert Level 1, we wanted to give you an update on our operations. We are resuming our normal business and doing our best to ship all pending deliveries. 
For our extensive range of products, we are facing huge backlogs and there are delays caused by international shipping and courier companies that are beyond our control. We are keeping all our effected customers individually. Please allow an extra 2–5 business days for delivery after dispatch as our courier partner NZ Post and others are currently experiencing a high volume of deliveries. Tracking updates may also take longer than usual to update, including the initial scan into the courier systems. 
We are experiencing a higher than normal volume of customer service enquiries. Our customer service team are all working hard to respond to your messages but please expect some delays. The current response time to customer service enquiries is 2–3 days. If you are waiting on a response, we can assure you that we will get to you as soon as we can.
